Refund & Returns Policy

1. All Digital Product Sales Are Final

Because Bubais sells digital products that are delivered electronically, all purchases are final and non-refundable once an order has been completed. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products purchased through Bubais.com, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

2. No Refunds After Purchase

Refunds are not provided for reasons including change of mind, accidental purchase, purchasing the wrong product, deciding that the product is not suitable for you, deciding that you no longer want the product, failure to read the product description before purchase, or failure to use or download the purchased product.

3. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your purchased digital product may be made available through a download link, your Bubais account, email, or another electronic delivery method. Because digital products are delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned.

4. Problems Accessing Your Purchase

Although purchases are non-refundable, we want to ensure that you can access what you purchased. If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from receiving or accessing your digital product, contact info@bubais.com with your name, order number, purchase email, product name, and a brief description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery or access problems.

5. Incorrect or Corrupted Files

If the file delivered to you is technically corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product you purchased, contact us. Where appropriate, we may provide a corrected or replacement digital file. Providing a replacement file does not constitute a refund.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact info@bubais.com. Duplicate purchases are not automatically eligible for a refund.

7. Product Description

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions of our digital products. Please carefully review the product title, description, format, contents, and other available information before purchasing.

8. Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with a purchase, please contact us at info@bubais.com so that we can assist you with the issue.

9. Exceptions Required by Law
