Because our products are delivered electronically, refunds work differently from physical goods. This page explains how to request one.
Download or access problems
If your file won't download or open, contact us first. In most cases we can fix access or send a new link quickly.
How to request a refund
Contact us through our Contact page or by email at email with your order number and the reason for your request. We review every request and reply by email.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal).
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally buy the same product twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate order.
